Refund policy:

Refunds on professional development event registration fees will only be granted if requested before the date stated in the event registration materials.

Membership fees are non-refundable.

Merchandise items can be refunded for full cost. If applicable, shipping costs for return items must be paid by the customer.

Shipping policy:

Shipping fee is $8.00 (USPS) and available in the United States only. Allow 10-15 business days for delivery.

Pickup option: Merchandise orders can also be picked up in Madison, WI. Details of the address will be given for contact-free pick-up. Please provide your phone number with your order to arrange a time.
